I miss the days of ice cold Pepsi in the long neck 16oz bottles. (NONE of that Mexican stuff). The taste was so clean and refreshing, it reminds me of being young in the good ol' summertime.

The horrid fact of the matter is, if the Seascape was bought, there is a chance it will be destroyed. Or the new owners might have dismissed all of the serving staff, and the cook in favor of hiring young women and a pair of young upstarts. Sad as it is, judging from Peter's overall attitude and hatred for his father, Peter likely didn't even consider these possibilities. The very idea of getting rid of the only tie he had to his father (his mother aside) was possibly his sole motivation.

Likewise with the success of the restaurant, Peter could have hired a Majordomo to take over his own role. Being the owner of a (once again) highly successful business gave him that option. Instead he cut and run.

Hi Steve! Long time since I've visited you (hope you're doing well) and I wondered what you thought. I thought it was a fast two hours and generally entertaining despite a few predictable and annoying tendencies... I will give it a few more episodes. My only fear is that Brannon has a tendency to come up with interesting ideas that ultimately lead nowhere. There were hints of possible greatness if some themes are explored and treated without cliches. I want to believe, but will suspend judgement for a while longer. (It's a qualified compliment, all things considered.)

Its true, this recipe looks like a meatbal, i tried and it doesnt taste like a real burger and the texture is off (too dense). I prefer my burger with just beef (DONT MIX THE BEEF, let it loose) salt n pepper!
