TV Guide is reporting that the higher-ups at Fox have asked for a complete re-write of the next season or 24. The network stopped plans for a number of episodes to be shot in Africa, which would have been too costly. As a result, the production has been delayed for three weeks. The usual filming starts in July, and now it’s going to start in August.
