Jeff thinks this is just a television promo for the show itself, and I would have to agree. The numbers must mean seasons 1, 2 and 3. Pretty weird promo though.

It looks like a DVD cut scene to me.
Yeah, I was going to say that it seemed like a promo for the DVDs somehow. Weird stuff.
I don’t know, but I’m still a bit dismayed by the Lost ARG (alternate reality game) that they completely screwed up this time around. The show is fine…but……I dunno. I don’t need weird stuff from them like this right now.
These are promotional sequences for SKY TV – a satellite network in the U.K. which airs LOST.
The numbers refer to the main SKY channels: SKY1, SKY2 and SKY3 and are often used during commercial breaks to promote both SKY TV and the fact it has exclusivity to the LOST show in the U.K.
I’m not at all surprised that Naveen Andrews, who is a British actor remember, agreed to film this. SKY has a crazy amount of money behind it since it happens to be part-owned by News Corp.
